What data we process
- Contact: the name, contact details, company name and message content you share when you email us, call us or book a meeting.
- Job applications: the CV, portfolio link and contact details you send us by email.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) briefly processes data such as IP address, browser details and request logs for security and service continuity.
- Analytics data (only if you consent): usage data such as pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type and approximate location is collected via Google Analytics.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request, preparing quotes and scheduling meetings (KVKK art. 5/2-c: necessary for entering into a contract; art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest).
- Assessing job applications and contacting candidates (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Measuring and improving how the site is used (KVKK art. 5/1: explicit consent, given via the cookie banner and revocable at any time).
- Complying with our legal obligations (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).
Data transfers
Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, and our emails are hosted by our email service provider. If you consent, visit statistics are processed by Google LLC’s Google Analytics service. As these providers may operate servers outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad under KVKK art. 9. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
Retention
- Contact requests: up to 2 years after the request is closed.
- Job applications: up to 1 year from the application date; you can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
- When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Cookies
Technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work securely may be set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare); these do not require consent. We use Google Analytics to measure visits. Analytics cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie banner at the bottom of the page; if you don’t, no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under the conditions of art. 7, request that such actions be notified to recipients, object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our services. The current version is always published on this page.
